Normally, you can cover your daily magnesium requirement through your diet. For example, 350 mg of magnesium is contained in:
• 110 g sunflower seeds
• 355 g tofu
• 290 g chocolate, dark (bitter)
• 300 g oat flakes
• 420 g whole wheat bread (graham bread)

But be careful: Medicines such as antibiotics but also alcohol and foods that contain oxalic acid (e.g. chard) can remove magnesium from the body or promote its excretion.

Klar! Deine Bestellungen werden in Deinem Benutzerkonto gespeichert. So hast Du jederzeit den Überblick und kannst nachbestellen. Natürlich kannst Du eine erneute Bestellung auch anpassen.

Wie und wann soll ich mein indyvit einnehmen?

Idealerweise nimmst Du dein Indyvit zu den Mahlzeiten ein, zusammen mit einem Glas Wasser. Anstelle einer Mahlzeit kannst du auch ein Glas Milch oder Orangensaft oder ähnliches verwenden. Die Einnahme zu den Mahlzeiten macht Sinn, da Deine Inhaltsstoffe so von Deinem Körper besser resorbiert werden können.

Konfigurierst Du einen Mix mit mehreren Kapseln pro Tag empfiehlt es sich, diese auf den Tag zu verteilen.

Willst du keine Kapseln schlucken, kannst du die Kapseln auch öffenen und mit einer nicht heissen Speise vermischen.
