Conditions
For all purchases of our products via our online shop (with the exception of certain products; see the withdrawal restrictions below), indyvit AG grants the customer a voluntary right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the products, without the need to state any reason.
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by either returning the goods to us or notifying us of the withdrawal in writing (e.g., by letter or email). The 14-day return period begins on the day after receipt of the goods and is met if the goods or the written notice of withdrawal are handed over to the post office or another transport company on the last day of the return period.
A prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal is that you return the goods unused, complete, and intact, preferably in their original packaging, to us.
33-Day Money-Back Guarantee
indyvit voluntarily offers a return guarantee for individually produced indyvit supplements within 33 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This arrangement applies in addition to any statutory warranty rights.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
The prerequisite is prior contact via email at info@indyvit.com to request a return authorization number.
The refund will be processed within 10–20 business days after successful inspection of the returned goods and will be issued to the original payment method used.

Consequences
The return of a product is at the customer’s cost and risk. Please obtain and retain a confirmation of your return shipment. In the event of parcel loss, a refund can only be issued upon presentation of this document.
Upon proper return of the goods, we will refund the total purchase price paid by the customer no later than 14 days from the date the goods were received by us. The refund will be made using the original payment method and to the corresponding account used for the payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Please ensure that you have access to the indicated bank account, as indyvit AG assumes no responsibility in this regard. The refund will be completed within 30 days after receipt of the goods by indyvit AG.
You are only required to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Withdrawal Restrictions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of products that are custom-made according to your specifications or clearly tailored to your individual needs (so-called custom-made or personalized products), or for products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened after delivery.
For customized nutritional supplements, the exception mentioned above — the “33-Day Money-Back Guarantee” — applies.
Notice of Defects / Warranty
indyvit AG guarantees that the goods correspond to the agreed characteristics and do not have defects that would reduce their value or suitability for the intended use.
Upon receipt of the products, the customer must immediately inspect them for correctness, completeness, and any damages. Errors or damages must be reported to indyvit AG within 5 working days.
Defects that could not be detected during a proper inspection and only appear later must be reported in writing immediately after discovery. If you fail to inspect or report a defect in time, the goods are deemed accepted, and you are no longer entitled to make claims against us.
The statutory warranty provisions apply for manufacturing, material, or production defects. The warranty period is 1 year from receipt of the product. Products damaged through the customer’s own fault are excluded from the warranty.
Warranty claims are limited to replacement delivery or rectification (repair), excluding all other claims, particularly reduction or compensation for indirect or consequential damages. indyvit AG decides at its sole discretion whether to provide replacement or repair. If replacement or repair fails, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract in the case of significant defects.

The defective product must be sent to the above address together with a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect. The return of a product is at the customer’s cost and risk. Please obtain and keep proof of shipment, as in the event of parcel loss, your warranty claim cannot be processed.
