Delivery

Delivery of indyvit products within Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Germany is free of charge.

Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is generally carried out by the Swiss Post. Products that you order in our online shop and that are in stock will be produced and shipped to you, depending on the destination, within 5 working days after receipt of full payment. You can use the tracking number to follow the current status of your order.

Deliveries to other countries are usually shipped with FedEx. Delivery to Germany may be delayed by 1–2 working days due to customs clearance.

If products are marked as out of stock at the time of ordering, indyvit AG will endeavour to deliver the products as quickly as possible. indyvit AG makes every effort to meet the stated delivery times. However, indyvit AG is not liable for delivery delays, regardless of their cause. We will inform you immediately of any delivery delays that arise.

If the performance obstruction lasts for more than 3 weeks after the original delivery date, the customer is entitled to cancel their order. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded.

If delivery of the product fails due to the customer’s fault despite three delivery attempts, indyvit AG may withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay.
