Vitamin D deficiency is particularly common in Switzerland and Germany in the autumn and winter months, when the sun is less likely to shine. The body produces vitamin D mainly through sunlight on the skin. In northern latitudes, however, sunlight is often not enough to produce enough vitamin D. Targeted replenishment of this important vitamin can therefore be useful, especially in the dark season.

The Indyvit Immun Vital Mix contains high-quality, vegan vitamin D3, which is obtained from lichens instead of sheep's wool.

Recommended dosage:Swallow 2 capsules daily with breakfast with orange juice or milk without chewing. Since vitamin D3 is fat-soluble, taking it with milk or orange juice improves absorption in your body.
