Origin and natural ingredients
Reishi, also known as Ganoderma lucidum or Ling Zhi, has a history spanning thousands of years. In Chinese culture, it has been considered a special mushroom with symbolic significance for around 4,000 years. For this reason, it is often referred to as the "mushroom of long life" or "mushroom of eternal vitality."

In recent years, Reishi has also become established in Europe, particularly due to the growing interest in traditional mushroom varieties. In the wild, it prefers to grow on dead deciduous or coniferous wood, such as oak or pine. Tree trunks or compressed wood are usually used for cultivation.

Due to its tough texture and intense, bitter aroma, reishi is rarely used in cooking. Nevertheless, it contains a wealth of natural substances, including polysaccharides, beta-glucans, triterpenes, and ganoderenic acids. The mushroom also provides proteins, essential amino acids, and trace elements such as germanium, selenium, and manganese.

Our cultivation and processing
Our Reishi is cultivated in the Chinese highlands – where the climatic conditions correspond to its natural habitat. We use hardwood for cultivation, particularly oak, which provides the mushroom with ideal conditions for slow, nutrient-rich growth. Production takes place in close cooperation with local experts, in accordance with current EU guidelines for controlled cultivation.

Gentle extraction for maximum quality
We use a multi-step process for our extracts: After crushing the fruiting bodies, the mushrooms undergo metal detection, are then extracted with hot water, centrifuged, and finally spray-dried. Typical extraction ratios are 8:1 to 12:1. Our Reishi extracts are standardized to a polysaccharide content of 30%.

How many capsules do I get?

Your Indyvit contains 290 capsules, which we produce in our laboratory just for you, after we receive your order.

Sure! Your orders are saved in your user account. This way you always have an overview and can reorder. Of course you can also adjust a new order.

Ideally, you should take your Indyvit with a meal, together with a glass of water. Instead of a meal, you can also have a glass of milk or orange juice or something similar. Taking it with a meal makes sense, as this way the ingredients can be better absorbed by your body.

If you configure a mix with several capsules per day, it is recommended that you distribute them throughout the day.

If you don't want to swallow capsules, you can also open the capsules and mix them with a non-hot food.
