Polyporus umbellatus, also known as the squirrel mushroom, has a long tradition in China and has been prized there for over two millennia. Today, it can also be found outside of Asia, including in Europe, where it is used as an edible mushroom and in various cultures. Typical of this mushroom are its striking fruiting bodies, which appear in large, dense clusters and consist of several hundred small caps.

What makes Polyporus special is its variety of natural ingredients. It provides minerals such as potassium, calcium, and iron, as well as trace elements such as zinc, copper, and manganese. It also contains vitamins such as niacin (vitamin B3) and folic acid, as well as bioactive compounds such as polypeptides, beta-glucans, ergosterol, and biotin.

How many capsules do I get?

Your Indyvit contains 290 capsules, which we produce in our laboratory just for you, after we receive your order.

Sure! Your orders are saved in your user account. This way you always have an overview and can reorder. Of course you can also adjust a new order.

Ideally, you should take your Indyvit with a meal, together with a glass of water. Instead of a meal, you can also have a glass of milk or orange juice or something similar. Taking it with a meal makes sense, as this way the ingredients can be better absorbed by your body.

If you configure a mix with several capsules per day, it is recommended that you distribute them throughout the day.

If you don't want to swallow capsules, you can also open the capsules and mix them with a non-hot food.
