What is Green coffee and why does the body need Green coffee

Green coffee refers to coffee beans that have not yet been roasted. Green coffee is usually an extract from green coffee beans.

The special properties of green coffee are mainly due to its high chlorogenic acid content. Green coffee is the food with the highest chlorogenic acid content. This is on average 7%. Roasting reduces the chlorogenic acid content.

Green coffee has recently received a lot of attention as a superfood with a focus on weight management.

For regulatory reasons, we are not allowed to refer to studies here.

Can I meet my daily needs through food?

A daily dose (200mg) of green coffee contains less caffeine than a cup of regular coffee.

The caffeine content of green coffee is between 1 and 2.2%, depending on the type of coffee bean.

We use an extract from Arabica beans with an average caffeine content of 1.16% (the average value for roasted coffee is 1.3%). A daily dose of 200mg of green coffee extract therefore only contains about 2.3mg of caffeine.

FAQ

How many capsules do I get?

Your Indyvit contains 290 capsules, which we produce in our laboratory just for you, after we receive your order.

Can I save my mix or reorder it?

Sure! Your orders are saved in your user account. This way you always have an overview and can reorder. Of course you can also adjust a new order.

How and when should I take my indyvit?

Ideally, you should take your Indyvit with a meal, together with a glass of water. Instead of a meal, you can also have a glass of milk or orange juice or something similar. Taking it with a meal makes sense, as this way the ingredients can be better absorbed by your body.

If you configure a mix with several capsules per day, it is recommended that you distribute them throughout the day.

If you don't want to swallow capsules, you can also open the capsules and mix them with a non-hot food.
