Fenugreek

Fenugreek

  • Fenugreek was already valued for its properties in ancient Egypt.
  • Fenugreek is a widely used traditional plant in India, China and Tibet.

What is Fenugreek and why does the body need Fenugreek

Fenugreek originally comes from India, where it has been valued for its properties for centuries and is also used in numerous curry dishes. Fenugreek also played a role in ancient Egypt. It was used in herbal medicine and midwifery as well as in religious ceremonies. Ultimately, it was the Benedictine monks who introduced it to us and began to cultivate it in their monastery gardens.

Fenugreek from Egypt can no longer be sold in this country because it is said to be contaminated. Our fenugreek comes from its country of origin, India, is of the highest quality and meets all requirements.

The centuries-old plant contains countless valuable components for our body.

Fenugreek contains the amino acid histidine. In China, India and Tibet, fenugreek is also known as an infusion.

For regulatory reasons, we are not allowed to refer to studies here.

Can I meet my daily needs through food?

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a plant species and belongs to the subfamily Faboideae within the legume family Fabaceae. It is closely related to the common savory (Trigonella caerulea).
In theory, you can only cover your daily requirement of fenugreek with a balanced diet. In practice, this becomes very complicated and monotonous.

How many capsules do I get?

Your Indyvit contains 290 capsules, which we produce in our laboratory just for you, after we receive your order.

Can I save my mix or reorder it?

Sure! Your orders are saved in your user account. This way you always have an overview and can reorder. Of course you can also adjust a new order.

How and when should I take my indyvit?

Ideally, you should take your Indyvit with a meal, together with a glass of water. Instead of a meal, you can also have a glass of milk or orange juice or something similar. Taking it with a meal makes sense, as this way the ingredients can be better absorbed by your body.

If you configure a mix with several capsules per day, it is recommended that you distribute them throughout the day.

If you don't want to swallow capsules, you can also open the capsules and mix them with a non-hot food.
